The location wasn’t the best, but the staff and overall hygiene were good. Big thanks to Bharat, Rocky and Manoj for making the stay pleasant. I expected a better breakfast selection and feel the hotel overcharged for a subpar breakfast; a proper dining facility and mandatory breakfast options would help. The location was not ideal and it took forever to get in and out.

I appreciated that it was close to the metro station and that many restaurants lined the same street, but the hotel scammed me in many ways: they promised a minibar with snacks, yet the only thing that arrived was the minibar box and the rest required payment. I chose the airport pickup and after giving my flight details they made me wait an hour before sending an old omni van. There was no toothpaste or toothbrush, and the bedsheets felt rough.

The place had a good location and friendly staff, and they let us check in early. I would recommend it, though I was disappointed that there was no chai tea at breakfast.
