We’ve stayed here before without complaints, but this time the air conditioner failed, we couldn’t sleep, and we didn’t want to bother the front office after arriving late—terrible night.

The room was spotless and comfortable, yet the restaurant food was disappointing and the staff were unfriendly.

I loved how clean the property is and the amount of parking available for guests, but I didn’t like how hot the main lobby and halls feel; it seemed like the heater was on.
