“Alles sehr gut”
The location is extremely central, though the location itself was a bit of a drawback.

The central spot, the room’s cleanliness, and the staff’s willingness to help were all spot‑on.

The spot is perfect for sightseeing, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the underground garage is spacious (you just have to check in at reception first, otherwise you end up waiting somewhere near the hotel, probably in a no‑parking zone, until you can get the key), and the triple room (2 beds/1 sofa) was well prepared. On the downside, navigating the property is a little confusing because the hotel areas and a different restaurant are mixed together, and the price for a building of this age feels a bit outdated. ===REVIEW 8<|message|>The bathroom wasn’t clean, we only had two regular‑size beds for two adults and a three‑year‑old child, there were no extra towels, no shampoo or gel for two people, no glasses, and the room was unbearably hot. The bathroom was separate from the room, and staff scolded my son for being noisy while he was showering, which is normal for a child.

The central location is still quiet. The breakfast was excellent, and the bikes could be safely parked and charged in the underground garage.

We were greeted very warmly and shown everything that was good about the charming, slightly crooked house. The room was fine and the shower worked well. The street was noisy because some people thought it necessary to run their engines even after midnight, but that’s beyond the hotel’s control.
