The service was great. Marisa was very smiling and very friendly. The shower was tense because you could count how many water outlets there were in the shower, haha, it was very cold, and taking a shower was torture. But the shower worked, and at bedtime, even though they said you could call if you needed something, I felt embarrassed to ask for more blankets because I had one each and the blanket was thin. I suffered a bit. Also, I didn’t stay in a chalet, I stayed in a shared room and still missed a kitchen, because we had a snack to make and didn’t have a place to eat or heat a coffee. Even though it was my first time in a shared room and I don’t know if it’s common not to have a space with a sink.

The surroundings are beautiful, surrounded by nature and amazing waterfalls. The setting is very peaceful, perfect for relaxing and escaping the daily rush. The staff were attentive and welcoming throughout the stay. I recommend it for anyone looking to connect with nature, unwind, and enjoy pleasant moments.

The contact with nature is wonderful. The waterfall runs through prosperity, which is an exceptional point. However, during that time of year, the rain bit harsh. Only two explanations were missing: A. The region is very cold and we couldn't enjoy the waterfalls; it was very icy. B. No GPS signal at the end of the trip.

Inicialmente, o caminho assusta um pouco por ser estrada de chão ( o que faz parte da natureza do lugar) e a gente se pergunta " rapaz. Tá certo isso?! Será que o caminho é esse?", mas vale muito a pena e não tem erro. Eles deixam plaquinhas no caminho. A equipe é nota 10. Esse é um lugar de paz. Uma paz que faz você repensar a forma que está vivendo. Obrigado pela excelente estadia. Nada sobre o local. A refeição é meio salgadinha no preço e por não ter muitas opções próximo, você meio que fica refém. Mas, é o preço da comodidade. Nada que desabone o lugar
