Service was excellent; manager Sudharshan went out of his way to make the stay comfortable, giving a kettle, bowl, and cutlery for an early breakfast before the ArugamBay Half Marathon and even adjusting the bed orientation to my liking. The beds were comfy and the AC & fan worked well. The only issue was the hand bidet’s water flow was too low; I told Sudharshan and he promised to replace it right away.
