The kids love trains, so the hotel set up a room with a view of the tracks. The station is close, but you have to walk a bit and there aren’t many restaurants around.

It’s good because it’s close to Shin-Osaka station and a convenience store is nearby. The room facilities are tidy and good. It would have been better if the bath had skin or lotion, and the fridge is too weak and small. Other than that, everything is fine for the price.

Everything inside the hotel was clean and the staff’s service was wonderful. Nothing negative.

“Very clean and convenient hotel, especially is you need access to Shin Osaka.”

The check in and check out were very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and good size. Breakfast buffet had many options and several very good items. I really liked the option of rice porridge and all the small sides. Chicken karage was really good although that item was not available every morning. Also really liked the miso soup. I didn't have a chance to use the onsen, so I cannot comment on that. There is convenient on site laundry although the dryer was not very effective. I'm not sure if that's how Japanese dryers are in general. We had the same experience at another hotel where the clothes seemed more wet after a half hour of drying than when they first came out of the wash. I typically dry my clothes on low heat at home, and half an hour is usually enough for quick dry. I thought the espresso drinks that were party of the complimentary drinks were overly sweet. It would have been nice to have latte type options that weren't automatically sweetened. Also soy, oat, or other options would be nice too
