“Truly a cave hotel experience”

The room matched what we expected from a cave hotel, feeling more like a suite with a good‑sized bathroom and ample space for Australian‑sized luggage; the reception staff were helpful, and despite the many stairs they carried our bags to and from the rooms. The restaurant gets very crowded with tour groups at breakfast and dinner, and we had expected a more upscale feel given the prices; the large, noisy groups often monopolized staff time, leaving us and other independent travelers feeling overlooked.

The cave hotel looks stunning, making excellent use of natural space, and most of the staff were friendly. The bed was uncomfortable, breakfast finished at 10 am, and while the menu was large, the food quality was average—nothing particularly special.

The rock‑cut hotel is gorgeous, with rooms that feel like chambers in a royal palace; it has a soulful atmosphere. There were no negatives.

Everything about this place is flawless and everything is excellent.

“Maravillosa”

The hotel is the best in the area, the beds are comfortable and clean, the night lighting and view are unique, and we were given a spacious triple room with a lovely view. However, you need to be prepared to climb stairs—about two floors for us—and there are easier rooms that come with porter service. It was a wonderful stay. The breakfast is very complete, but when a tour arrives all at once it creates a long line for service.
