“A total disappointed stay”

Honestly, there was nothing to like about this hotel. It looked completely unmaintained, and the front office staff lacked basic communication and coordination. The only bright spot was the security guard, who was polite and humble. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The stay at Sepoy in Mysore during Dussehra was extremely disappointing. We booked a *Superior Suite for 4*, which clearly listed 2 double beds, but the staff denied that and demanded extra payment, showing zero knowledge of their own listing. We wasted half a day arguing over what we had already paid for. The room was poorly maintained and not clean at all. Absolutely not worth the money or time—easily the worst stay we’ve had in Mysore!

The hotel sits in a convenient spot, but the rooms weren't like the photos showed; the staff explained the pictures were from when the building was first built. Our room was dusty and poorly maintained, and when we asked to change it, the staff initially refused. After we showed them the photos and questioned whether the room matched the price, they finally swapped us into a slightly better one.

“Pathetic”

The Sepoy area is dirty, the service is pathetic, and the restaurant struggles to keep up with orders. Hygiene and staff are also poor.
