They upgraded us because of a booking mix‑up, but the screaming from another room was annoying.

The location was fine, but the housekeeping routine was a nightmare: they said they clean rooms on the third day of your stay, yet the morning after we checked in, the staff knocked on our door, my husband told them “no thank you, we’re good,” and they still tried to get in. When my husband tried to explain we didn’t need anything, they kept insisting on entering. Finally they left, and it felt very inappropriate. We only stayed two nights, just the two of us, and we didn’t need any housekeeping services at all.
