We arrived very early for check‑in, but Mr Toni upgraded our room and made the process quick. Instead of the usual 2 pm check‑in, we checked in at 12 pm. They also allowed us a late checkout. The room and staff were all polite and well‑behaved.

The room was spacious and well‑located, but the linen could be tidier and cleaner—there were a few stains on the bedsheet.

The breakfast was disappointing; the variety was very limited and the live counter offered bland dishes.

The room and the staff were excellent.
