The room and breakfast were good, and the staff were attentive to guests, but the parking had no cover.

The hotel double‑charged me. I paid for my bookings in advance, yet at check‑in the staff asked for credit card details for add‑ons. At checkout they charged me for the stay, which I pointed out immediately. The front office manager, Mr. Michael, assured me that my money would be refunded, and I received an email confirming that, but two months later I still haven’t received the refund and the staff and manager have stopped responding to my emails. I’m asking that appropriate action be taken against the hotel.
