“Beautiful Bounce Stay.”
The calm tropical setting and clean room were great, and the hotel is close to Horseshoe Bay, cafés, the beach, and walking trails. The only thing I wasn’t expecting was having to walk to the toilets at night, but it was warm there.
Beautiful spot, surrounded by nature. The staff were super friendly, especially Sara at reception and Giorgia at the bar – they really made the stay enjoyable.
The staff were very courteous and the place is well situated. Unfortunately, when we entered our room there was a mess from some animal on the sheets, but the front‑desk lady swapped us rooms right away.
