“Apartamento cómodo, pero sin ascensor”

The accommodation inside was fine, but I was given an outside room without an elevator. With six suitcases, I had to carry 23‑kilogram bags up to the second floor. I asked for help and was denied; I also requested a room change but was refused. Inside the apartment it was okay, but the outside rooms lack an elevator and no assistance was offered to move luggage or change rooms. Reception staff were friendly, but some were unhelpful and unsympathetic.

Comfortable, easy car access, private parking, a decent breakfast, good soundproofing, and quiet once inside the room. The place wasn’t very clean, and the ground‑floor elevator button was broken, so you had to take the stairs from the first floor down—unfortunately.
