Equalia boutique hotel

“A completely new and beautiful experience!”

I had stayed at this hotel before, so I returned expecting the same, but I was pleasantly surprised by the transformation: new owners, a stunning renovation, everything feels fresh, modern, and impeccably maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the overall vibe is lovely. You can really see the effort and care the new owners have invested. I’m thrilled I came back and will definitely stay again.

This place is pure magic… The boutique hotel on Zanzibar, run by a Polish woman, makes you feel cared for from the moment you arrive. The style, atmosphere, and flawless cleanliness impress, and the staff are warm and very professional. The hotel sits right by the ocean – the views are breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset… unforgettable. The food? Absolutely amazing – fresh, aromatic, and perfected in every detail. Zanzibar has its own rhythm (the power can be fickle 😉), but that adds authenticity and charm. If you’re after atmosphere, beauty, and a unique vibe, this is the spot. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

“Please assist with the current challenge, highlighted above of the second bookins of 12- 19 April 26”

I appreciated the special offer for my son’s holiday in Zanzibar, but I wasn’t aware that the price actually reflected the facility’s condition. I also faced a second issue when the same facility’s bookings from 12‑19 April were cancelled by you without proper communication. I needed help contacting you, yet my emails kept bouncing back as noreply. I was devastated to learn that my son’s bookings from 12‑19 April 2026 were cancelled. I had already been charged US$97.79 on the 5th and the final amount of 84.53 was supposed to be debited on the 10th, but I encountered a problem with my account, so I wrote emails to update you and request the debit on the 11th instead of the 10th as arranged. My son is now frustrated at the facility, confused about what to do next because of the language barrier; please update me quickly on how you can debit the balance for his stay and settle the bill. The facility was unreachable, and there was no electricity when my son arrived.

“Cadre et vue incroyables”

The location is absolutely amazing, the sea view is fantastic, and the outdoor spaces are well maintained. The room was very clean and decorated with beautiful flowers, offering great value for money. Breakfast is very hearty and complete, and the hotel restaurant is good. The bedding is old and could be better; otherwise everything is fine.

“Beautiful view, great room. Would recommend”

The view and the food were very affordable. There were many power outages and no generator, and it was a bit difficult to communicate with the owners; the staff weren’t as friendly as during our previous stay in Bwejuu.
