Strategically located in southern Salento, equidistant from the Ionian and Adriatic coasts. In one of Italy’s most beautiful villages, the owner, Mrs. Assunta, is an exceptional host who makes you feel at home immediately. The property is beautiful and clean; the room is spacious, fully equipped, and reset daily. Breakfast is outstanding with new and original offerings every day. We originally booked for 2 days but ended up staying 6 nights. The value for money is unbeatable. We will definitely return. Everything was perfect.

The spot is perfect, the property is clean and welcoming with all the necessary comforts. The staff welcome is superb, they give great attention to guests. Highly recommended.

“La prima volta nel Salento”

The location is central for reaching the towns and beaches overlooking both the Mediterranean and the Ionian Sea. Specchia is a lively village with many events yet still calm. The lady Assuntina, the host, is very helpful and kind, the room and all spaces are very tidy, and you can enjoy a spacious terrace with a stunning view. We’ll gladly return.

The cleanliness of the place is outstanding; you won’t find a speck of dust even if you look for it. The courtesy, attention, and availability of Assuntina are exceptional, and the property sits in a strategic spot to visit many places, both seaside and towns!
