The setting was gorgeous, very charming, and everything was impeccably clean! My suite, however, had a faint musty smell—nothing too strong, probably because it was closed off.

The facilities are great and the staff excellent. The breakfast is average for the standard of the establishment, and the lighting on the approach road and especially the exit to the highway is of poor quality—quite risky!

The coffee was good, the team was very attentive, and the place is beautiful! Because it’s a cold spot, the furniture that stays closed should be opened to ventilate and avoid a strong odor. But nothing that ruins the experience.

The space, room accommodation, and breakfast were all solid. I only noticed that the exterior lights dimmed completely at 20:00.

The service was outstanding. The lodge is beautiful, and the chalet felt very cozy. When my car broke down, employee João was incredibly helpful and assisted me in resolving the issue; his support was undoubtedly a highlight of our stay. I have nothing to complain about.
