The Madruga recreation area was sensational, the food was very good, the drinks were tasty, and Luciano’s service by the pool was excellent. However, the cleanliness around the pool and the hallway rooms was deplorable.

The room was excellent, but the mold smell could be improved.

Everything was fine, but the staff was inexperienced.

The tranquility was nice, yet the food options were limited.

The place was very pretty, rooms were comfortable, and the staff were extremely polite and attentive. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like, but I don’t think the price justifies what the accommodation offers.
