A lovely, helpful host in a quiet area, 20 minutes on foot to the city center, with reliable public transport just 50 m outside the door. The room was well appointed, quiet, easily accessible, and on‑road parking was available. I have no complaints and would recommend this property.

The spot was spot on, right in the middle of a few great spots like Sugar Daddy's gluten‑free bakery, and I felt safe the whole time. Walking to the restaurants was a breeze. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom and shower were spotless, so all my basic needs were covered. The only thing I could point out was that parking was a bit tricky and there was some street noise at night.

Everything was perfect – the self‑check‑in was a breeze, instructions were clear and simple, the room was cozy, clean, spacious and had everything needed. Free water at the entrance was a nice touch. The building is just a few steps from the city center, crossing a well‑lit, quiet park. I’d definitely stay here again for another trip to Edinburgh.
