Parking sits right beside the hotel, the place is spotless, and the staff were friendly, though the room felt a bit cramped.

1. The location is great, close to Hualien Station, and you can walk to the bus stop in under three minutes to get into town. 2. You can register to use a bicycle, and the lobby offers snacks and popsicles. The staff forgot to book breakfast for us; after we spoke, the hotel processed a refund.
