The location isn’t very convenient since the village is on a hill and the slopes are a bit tough, and the tenor’s house is down below. Breakfast was good, especially the homemade cakes. The landlady was very friendly and easygoing. The bathroom was nice but not very functional; there were no holders in the shower and only one hook for wipes and clothes. The room was spacious and clean.

The apartment is perfectly situated for exploring Recanati and its surroundings in a calm setting. The host was super helpful and friendly, and he was flexible about our check‑in time. The breakfast, especially the homemade cakes, was highly appreciated. The only complaint: the shower nozzle doesn’t work quite right, whereas the shower head is fine.

The house was very beautiful and functional, located in a quiet spot with ample parking nearby. The host was super kind and helpful! The breakfast was exceptional! Nothing else.
