The staff here are genuinely friendly and accommodating, which makes a big difference in making you feel welcome. However, the housekeeping could be improved - our room wasn't cleaned thoroughly and the towels were often not replaced. Despite this, the staff's kindness and helpfulness made up for the subpar housekeeping, and we appreciated their efforts to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

This place is a real gem - the smell of stale air and mildew hits you the moment you step inside. It's like a sensory overload in the best way possible. I mean, who needs a fancy cleaning service when you can just let the stench linger? It's honestly the most authentic experience I've ever had at a hotel.

The hotel has its quirks, but it's not all bad - you'll get a decent night's sleep and a comfortable bed. However, the real issue is the ventilation, or rather the lack of it. The room was small and stuffy, and with zero airflow, it was like sleeping in a sauna. Still, the staff were friendly and the location was great, so it's worth considering if you're not too fussy about a bit of stale air.

The hotel's location was one of its strongest points – it's right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to get around. However, the morning breakfast was a bit of a letdown, with limited options and a chaotic atmosphere. The elevator situation wasn't much better, with it breaking down a few times during my stay. Still, the friendly staff and clean rooms made up for some of the issues, and I'd consider staying here again if they sort out the breakfast and elevator problems.

The hotel's location is its biggest draw - it's right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the main attractions. However, the room itself left a lot to be desired. The ventilation was pretty poor, and I was surprised to find there was no fan to speak of, which made it feel stuffy and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the lighting was dim, which made it difficult to read or get anything done in the evenings.
