The location was great and the view of the river was beautiful. We had booked a 4‑person room with breakfast, but reception said it was only booked for 2, so we had to pay for the other 2. Neither the hotel nor the staff responded to our refund request. The room’s air‑conditioner made a lot of noise.

The hotel was in a pretty central spot, making it easy to walk around. When we had a few small issues, maintenance arrived right away. For the price, I expected a more upscale room; it was pretty basic. The air conditioner was so loud it made sleeping difficult.
