“herrliche 3 Tage im wunderschönen Hausboot”
Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und bekamen dann unser Zimmer mit Ausstieg zum Deck. Es war herrlich dort zu sitzen und den Booten zuzuschauen ,die Sonne zu genießen und den Tag mit den Fahrrädern zu planen. Das Boot liegt Stadtnah, direkt bei der Fähre, Innerhalb 10 Minuten mit dem Rad war man in der Innenstadt, oder konnte mit der Fähre übersetzen und die "andere Seite " erkunden. Das Zimmer ist superschön und wirkt größer ,als angegeben .Ein großes Badezimmer .eigentlich alles so, wie auf den Fotos . Durch die Bullaugen ein toller Blick auf``s Wasser. Alles war sauber, die Betten gemütlich wir haben die 3 Tage sehr genossen ,empfehlen den Gastgeber und kommen bestimmt wieder

A very nice place.
An extraordinary, great accommodation. The room is very beautiful, the deck hatch with a large seat cushion for two is really nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the room and the surrounding water setting.

The spot is very quiet and the originality of staying on a barge is a plus. Some of the soap jars were empty, though.

The location is absolutely fantastic—quiet, yet within walking distance of all major sights and Amsterdam Centraal Station. Living on a house barge in Amsterdam was something we’d always wanted, so this listing really attracted us. If you know you’re booking a unique experience rather than a fancy hotel, you won’t be let down. It’s great for adventurous travelers. The downside is that it’s a barge, not a hotel room, so you’ll have to buy your own ice at the nearby Albert Heijn, deal with slower shower drains, etc. Overall, we had only minor complaints. Note that it’s not suitable for people with mobility issues.
