The bed and room were clean and comfortable. The staff was absolutely terrible and obnoxious: at check‑in the front desk lady asked me “Now what do you want?” and complained about being busy doing laundry, exhausted, and understaffed. I told her I was tired and just wanted to check in, and she called me a typical stupid male who didn’t listen to a woman, which shocked me so much I clapped my hands together. She then accused me of threatening her and said she would call the cops. I couldn’t believe it, but it was 10:30 p.m., so I decided not to pursue it and just wanted to get some rest. After getting my room key I went to my room and was so anxious and upset that I couldn’t fall asleep until 1:00 a.m. Terrible staff! Rude! I’ll never stay at this location again! I’ll drive extra distance to stay somewhere else or pay more.

The place was conveniently located, yet the room’s strong musty smell ruined the otherwise clean appearance, and the TV was broken, which was a minor issue for me.
