They assigned us a room adapted for people with reduced mobility without telling us beforehand. It would have been useful to know this before arrival, as the layout and features of such rooms, especially the bathroom, differ from a standard room. Knowing this earlier would have let us decide if it met our needs. Also, we paid the regular rate for a standard room, with no discount applied for the special room.

Clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly!!

Breakfast was okay. The bed in Room 316 was too small; I’m not even sure it was a Queen.

It was easy to find and the mattresses were comfortable. The dog‑walking area was great and there were plenty of receptacles for dog waste bags. The cleaning was very poor – see photos.
