The place was great, everything worked out perfectly, but we lost power twice, and the staff arrived a bit late, which made us uneasy.

La ubicación?. Calidad precio es caro he estado con Booking en varios sitios y este me ha parecido que no debería estar

The two‑storey house is very modern, with a large plasma and a fully equipped kitchen. It sits in a quiet spot, close to Ponta Delgada’s center and the main road network. Cleanliness is good, the rooms are comfortable, and the view from the second floor is nice. A barbecue is available, though there’s no drying rack or kitchen towels.
Location wise, the house is very convenient but not particularly charming. It is very easy to get on the main roads to visit places, but the area where the house is not so beautiful. But it was practical. The house is very spacious, with very big bedrooms and many bathrooms, plus plenty of space in the kitchen and living areas. One of the sofas was very uncomfortable. No problem parking outside the house, recycling also just across the street. Has very fast internet speeds and a big TV for Netflix etc. Didn't use the garden much as it isn't very appealing. Best supermarket nearby is the big Pingo Doce just off the highway. Though the agency were always very fast to respond, and tried to resolve the issue, there was a bad smell in one of the bathrooms and around the sink in the kitchen. As with many rental properties, not enough glasses or cups. The dishwasher didn't do a very good job of cleaning either. The house is fine but some of the fixtures and fittings seem a little tired
