The service was good, but the room had no fan and the mattress was very hard. I didn’t like that they let non‑guests into the wet area, which prevented us from enjoying that space.

The interior’s beauty and colors and the calm of the place were nice. The room had no opening and no storage equipment, check‑in was extremely long, and the pool was paid for even though it wasn’t specified.

The terrace with the pools was great, and Nayive, the bar girl, was super attentive and friendly. The reception lady, a certain Jess, was very unfriendly, didn’t explain things well, and seemed in a bad mood.

There’s no air conditioning, no fan, and they won’t let you have one. A bit of shampoo and you’re charged almost 100 dollars for the night—pretty mediocre.
