“The cover is pretentious, but the reality is catastrophic”
Wifi and restaurant food. While the hotel presents itself well on the surface, the actual experience was a logistical nightmare from start to finish. The Management Gap The root of the problem seems to be the recent change in leadership. This establishment used to be managed by Mr. Dylan, who was excellent and understood the industry. He has unfortunately been replaced by a manager who clearly has zero experience in hospitality. This lack of professionalism trickles down into every aspect of the service. A Comedy of Errors Our stay was plagued by a series of inexcusable failures: Booking Chaos: Constant mistakes with our reservations led to unexpected room shifts in the middle of our stay. Maintenance & Hygiene: We found dirty kettles in the rooms—a basic standard of cleanliness that was completely missed. Hidden Costs: Despite being guests, we were told we had to pay extra just to access the swimming pool. Service Delays: Laundry took far too long to return, which is a major issue when you are on a tight filming schedule. Logistics: There were repeated mistakes regarding airport shuttle transfers, adding unnecessary stress to our travel days. Dining Disasters The restaurant management is equally disorganized. Despite having set opening hours, the staff was frequently unprepared to serve when the doors opened and refused to serve drinks 1 hours prior top closing the restaurant doors. It’s a shame because the food is actually good, but the "poor disposal" and lack of readiness make dining there a chore. The Verdict The only redeeming qualities are that the internet works and the kitchen staff knows how to cook. However, that is not enough to compensate for the horrible service and incompetent management. If you are traveling for business or with clients, avoid this place. The lack of reliability makes it a massive liability for any professional production
I loved the peaceful charm of this spot, and even though it's a bit out of the way, taxis are readily available to get you into town. The only downside was the food service - it took a while to get served, which was a bit frustrating. Still, it was worth it for the calm atmosphere.

But, I was pretty exhausted when I arrived and was looking forward to a warm shower - unfortunately, there was no hot water, and the cold water pressure was weak. To make matters worse, it didn't get fixed until just before we left the next morning.
