The rooms were well cleaned, but the food was disappointing.

The hotel was handy for our trip to Velankanni because the buses departed right from the premises, which made getting around a breeze; there were also plenty of food outlets offering a good mix of choices. The downside was that the bathrooms fell short of expectations—the taps were stained and no toiletries or towels were supplied.

The place is well situated, the food is decent, and the staff are friendly. However, the rooms feel cramped; even the Deluxe room is too tight for kids, and adding an extra bed proved to be a real challenge.
