The place was very calm and clean, and the reception staff Ahmed and Ali were courteous even with many requests; thank you for the care and hospitality, you are the hotel's asset. However, the room service for water, tea, and coffee needs improvement because items only arrive when ordered from reception and are not replenished daily.

The room wasn’t ready at check‑in time, which caused a significant delay; the door seemed closed even though we had left our belongings unsecured after sleeping, and the internet didn’t reach the room so we had to step outside for signal, which felt quite uncomfortable. Everything else was fine!

The location was unbeatable and the staff were amazing and eager to help and support. There was no rooftop view or pyramids or outdoor dining, the TV didn’t work, the sink didn’t drain and hot water was limited, but for the price I paid these were all minor issues.
