The hotel is super well‑located, pretty, comfortable, and very clean. The amenities are nice, but above all the staff is extremely friendly. They helped us with tour suggestions, food, and what to see, and I’ll stay there again next time.

Almost everything was very good, but they never offered WiFi.

Everything was fine, but the bathroom was okay while the uneven floor made it uncomfortable.

The location is extraordinary for me, the place is small and very comfortable, everything is great, the hosts are excellent… the only downside is the parking, but I understand you’re in the center of Zacatlán; my experience during this trip was very good and largely satisfactory.
