I was disappointed to find no swimming pool even though it was advertised, and the carpets in the entryway and lobby were dirty. They charged me three deposits and then said “yeah, sometimes that happens.” Getting all the deposits back was a struggle.

I was told the GM had approved letting me out on my second night, but the reservation was made under a different name and I still haven’t received any compensation for that night. Thanks.

“A good, reasonably-priced hotel for a comfortable stay. stay”

The breakfast menu offered the usual scrambled eggs, sausage patties, hash browns, bagels, yogurt, waffles, apples/bananas, and hot & cold drinks. The staff were welcoming, pleasant and helpful, and the location was close to expressways 470 and I‑25 as well as Ikea and Costco. However, the hotel posted a memo the day after I checked in for a 2‑night stay that parking guests must buy a $10 permit or have their car towed. I wasn’t informed of this additional charge at reservation or check‑in, so I asked the desk manager about it; he didn’t charge me for the permit. It felt like an abrupt and poorly executed policy change for a major motel chain, leading to unexpected extra fees or the risk of having your car towed.

“Overall good.”

The room was clean and the area was quiet at night. The staff were very friendly and two issues in the room were quickly resolved. The location was close to stores and freeways. I couldn’t get fruit or yogurt for breakfast after 8 a.m., the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed while I was there, and towels were changed on the third day but no hand towel was available.

The breakfast was great, but the soap and shampoo were not decent.
