The room was clean, offered a panoramic view, and the breakfast was decent; the staff were welcoming and polite. However, the pool that was advertised on the booking site was missing, the room was extremely hot, and water from the shower leaked onto the floor.

The breakfasts were simple but fresh and tasty. However, the price on Booking didn't match the reality - when we checked in, they told us we had to pay extra, claiming that their real rates were higher than what was listed on the website. To make matters worse, the pool was out of order, the bed sheets had holes, and the mattress was flat.

The hotel was great, but the staff wasn't very responsive to our needs. We had a fantastic stay, but the service was a bit lacking.
