What a wonderful spot – the view, the pool, and the location right next to Spello, Assisi, Foligno… it’s a total escape. The host was fantastic and made us feel right at home. If we could suggest something, a few extra kitchen items like a pair of scissors, egg cups, a toaster, hooks, and a small shower stall in the bathroom would make the apartment even better.

Old, atmospheric house in an olive grove. The pool view is unbelievably beautiful – truly unique! The two‑level pool is great for younger kids, and the grounds around the house are lovely. The owner is very friendly and super helpful. The area is interesting – close to Spello, Assisi, Perugia, and other cool spots. It’s cooler than lower‑lying towns and very quiet. Even though air‑conditioning is only in the living room, closing the windows lets you chill the whole house effectively. The kitchen equipment is weak.

The hotel's location was perfect for our short 2-night stay in Foligno, with breathtaking views and a lovely pool that was surprisingly refreshing considering the outside temperature. The staff, particularly Alessandra, were super friendly and welcoming. However, the hotel's cleanliness was a bit of a letdown, with a noticeable lack of attention to detail in the room.

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely olive grove apartment. The place was spotless and had everything we needed, and if anything was missing, the lovely hostess Alexandra would check in on us every day to make sure we were doing okay. Her husband was just as friendly, and we really appreciated the tips they gave us on the local area. The pool was stunning, and we loved the fact that the apartment was surrounded by olive trees - it was a real treat.
