The location is great; you can walk to the beach and restaurants, and the room is large and very stylish. The balcony is very narrow and there are pigeons living on it (and even a pigeon toilet in the air‑conditioner).

We stayed a week in Sardinia and absolutely loved it. The host was extremely kind, friendly and helpful, offering excellent suggestions for excursions and nearby restaurants and always replying quickly when we had questions. The spot is perfect – right in town centre, with a parking area nearby and the sea just a 5‑minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars within walking distance, so everything you need is close by. We especially enjoyed the evening vibe: part of the street is closed to cars and filled with tables from the nearby restaurants, with people dining and hanging out outside, giving that authentic Italian feel – the town feels alive even at night. Even though the area is lively, the apartment was quiet and we slept fine; the evening atmosphere actually added a lot of charm.

The spaces are spacious, the room is tastefully furnished and has everything you need for a good stay. We really appreciated the kettle and the coffee machine in the room, the welcome set and also the little terrace on the top floor where we could hang wet swimsuits. The bed was very comfortable and the embroidered cotton sheets were beautiful, giving me a home‑like touch that I really liked :) The bathroom was large, but a bit old‑fashioned with some quirks.

The location is excellent, close to the centre and the street that turns into a pedestrian zone in the evening with restaurants, shops, a supermarket very close and the beach a few minutes away. The hosts were nice, the place clean, very nicely decorated. Water, coffee and tea maker in the room, air conditioning. Free parking close to the accommodation (white lines), although we were there in August, we found a parking place (probably it gets crowded in the evening).
