The location was central, the beds good, and the windows were well insulated, yet the room faced the street and the toilet brush showed signs of use.

The room was clean, the service pleasant, and the lunch varied, but there was a lot of noise from the air conditioning unit.

The room was cold because of the ventilation system blowing in.

The staff were helpful and we were able to borrow a wheelchair for my husband who had a knee injury; the breakfast was fantastic, but the room was far too warm, the traffic outside was loud when we opened the window, there was no hotel parking and parking in the parking garage was expensive, my husband stepped on a sharp screw on the floor in our room, and there were popcorn crumbs left on the floor.
