The breakfast was amazing, included, and there was a dinner you could purchase; the onsen and staff were the highlight. So amazing. It was far from town.

The staff were amazing, always going far beyond what was required. A great local experience. Home‑cooked meals served with a smile. Very knowledgeable about the local area and always willing to help. Thanks so much for a memorable visit.

The staff were amazing and so welcoming. They helped introduce all guests and make a homely atmosphere. The complex is a little tired but this is reflected in the price because it's very affordable for a family to stay

What a gem of accommodation at the snow! We booked very last minute (a week before), and even though we had hoped to stay close to the restaurants at Akakura centre, the authenticity of this hotel made it worthwhile! They offer a shuttle (takes only 15 mins) to and from the ski resort run by such a lovely man Haru. The onsen each day after snowboarding all day was amazing, the restaurant and bar onsite served good food. The staff were all lovely. We would definitely stay again.
