The only good thing was the sea‑view from the room. The place was dirty with many damages; the minibar was only restocked on arrival. The plastic chairs on the balcony were the cheapest, the air‑conditioning was barely adjustable, and the door to the neighboring apartment let in a lot of voices. The food was very bad—grilled gambas were so soft that the meat felt disgusting. Every day the same food with no variety. The approach to the hotel was totally downhill, and the staff were very unfriendly. It was a shame we had relied on reviews from people who claimed everything was great.

The location was perfect with direct access to the beach. The shows were limited in schedule; they finished at 22:15, which seemed aimed at foreign tourists, but even they would have enjoyed an extension to 23:00. The variety of meals and dinners was scarce, though breakfasts were fine. In other hotel chains there’s someone at the restaurant entrance to assign a table or explain the system; here it was completely free. As a four‑star hotel, it met our expectations. Despite everything, the dining staff were very kind and helpful.

Everything was amazing—I can’t see why anyone would complain. From the staff to the facilities, everything was great. The room was nice, quiet, and had a hairdryer and kettle. The food was delicious with plenty of choices, and the self‑service stations were brilliant. The staff were always helpful and smiling. Special shout‑out to Monika and the older gentleman (I don’t know his name) at reception. Even with a late flight you can still enjoy the day, and you can use the shower in the room—just ask at reception. Fantastic! There was nothing to complain about; everything was perfect.

The meals were incredible and the staff were extremely helpful, while the room received daily cleaning. A free safe was included—though it had a minor issue that a technician fixed—and the fridge was fairly spacious. The hotel felt a bit dated and could use more repairs, but overall it was the perfect choice for us.
