It was disgustingly filthy. The bathroom had a cheap sheet‑rock finish instead of tiles, covered in mold everywhere, and the whole room reeked of mildew. The carpet was sticky and downright dirty, the walls bore mysterious stains, and the mattress was splattered with yellow and red grime; the cover tore as soon as you moved, exposing the filthy mattress. There was no soap at all, making a shower impossible, and the single sink looked like a tiny faucet you’d find in a toilet. Even with a two‑star rating you’d expect basic cleanliness, but we left after spotting tiny black bugs crawling up the baseboards – apparently bedbugs. Stay away and don’t book this place under any circumstances.

The location was near Feyenoord stadium, but the hygiene was lacking.

Nothing positive at all. Almost everything was bad; we didn’t even stay a night, left the same evening, and booked a room at the much better Art Hotel. As soon as we reached reception, a weird odor hit us, and upon opening the room key, a sudden mold smell assaulted us. The room was smaller than shown online, and it was hotter inside than outside— it was 11 something at night. No air‑conditioning, the fan was broken and looked awful. Basic items like hand soap were missing, and the bathroom was full of mold. I requested a refund through the booking platform, but Flex didn’t respond. The hotel is a total scam.

I think the price is fair, but the place isn’t really clean for the €45 a night.
