The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet, and the bathroom was great. However, the room didn’t match the pictures online, it was dark and tiny.

We were first given a very bad, musty, unrenovated room that didn’t match the pictures at all; only after we complained did we receive a slightly better room. Also, there’s only a steep staircase, making it unsuitable for people with mobility issues.
