The small hotel is beautifully decorated with bright murals painted by the owners, and there’s a small lounge with free tea and coffee facilities. Unfortunately, a lift would have been useful.

The bed is large, and there are two rattan easy chairs in the room. We were asked to remove our shoes before walking up the two flights of white stairs to keep them clean. The kitchen is a separate room one flight down from the room. I can’t comment on the staff because the hotel was closed for the night and no one was there; information was sent by message and a note was left on the door.

The bed is comfortable and fairly clean. The Velux window doesn’t close completely and the curtain is damaged. There’s no hair dryer and no cups in the bathroom.
