The 19€ breakfast price felt very tight, and the front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed by the booking system; they only recorded one breakfast for two rooms, so I had to double‑check, and I had to pay the parking fee again at checkout even though it was already included with the City Tax, which forced me to chase a refund.

The central spot and the breakfast were great, and the staff were friendly, but the bathroom needed renovation, and when I plugged in the towel heater I got a short‑circuit that blew the breaker and cut power to the room.

The breakfast buffet was plenty and always refilled by the staff, offering fresh fruit, veggies, various cuts and spreads, and the gluten‑free rolls were no problem—every morning I got freshly baked gluten‑free rolls in a separate basket after asking, which worked perfectly—but the underground parking and entrance were very tight, and the bathroom trash cans had no bags.
