The beds are firm yet comfortable—my favorite combo. It’s surprisingly quiet even though it’s located in a mall parking lot with Safeway, several restaurants, a gym, Target, and Starbucks nearby. I was disappointed that the jacuzzi wasn’t open at night; my back was hurting and I’d have liked to soak after a late check‑in, but it opens in the morning, so that’s what I’ll have to wait for.

Everything about the hotel appealed to me, from the customer service to the overall experience. The only drawback was that the room lacked soap for washing dishes and the air conditioning sometimes didn’t work properly; I also noticed that napkin paper was placed on the table.

I thought the room was clean and comfortable, but I missed breakfast because it closed early; I’d have liked it to stay open until 11:00. The coffee pots were gone from the lobby, so I couldn’t get a cup of coffee at all. The desk agent wasn’t around, but I saw her outside when I was heading to my car; she was smoking, on her phone, probably on a break. I left my keys at the desk.

The location is nice and convenient, check‑in and check‑out are easy, and the price is good. The breakfast, however, wasn’t very good.
