“Nie polecam”
We stayed one night and found the stay average; nothing remarkable, but no major complaints either. Unfortunately, an incident during our stay completely altered our rating. A front‑desk employee handed a room code to strangers without verifying they were registered guests, letting them enter our room without knocking while we were inside. We first thought we might have left the door open. When we reported it, the staff calmed us, saying they had already given the code to those people, which didn’t fix the issue. First, this should never happen—guest safety and privacy must be top priority. Second, once the mistake was noticed, the employee should have changed our code immediately instead of leaving it active. The code was finally changed only when we returned after some errands because we didn’t want to leave them unsecured. Moreover, those who had entered behaved in a way that made us uneasy—they seemed to watch us when we left the room. Thankfully nothing was stolen, but it’s hard not to think what could have happened if we weren’t there. Mistakes happen, but giving a third party a code to an occupied room without any verification is a serious lapse. We would have expected an immediate response and a focus on our safety, which was missing.
