“Very satisfied”
They serve amazing food, especially breakfast, with a wide range from local to western. Special thanks to reception staff Surya, Okta, Safir, and Puswanthara. The hotel is very child‑friendly and extremely clean. Kudos to all staff and management.
One of the highlights of my stay was the spacious room and comfortable bed. That was about it, unfortunately.
I had an incredible stay at this hotel, with a spacious room that felt like home, thanks to its comfy bed and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The massive swimming pool was a highlight, and I spent hours relaxing by the water. However, I did notice that the hotel's cleanliness could be improved, especially in the areas around the pool. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

However, I was disappointed by the limited number of elevators, which made waiting for the lift or taking the stairs a necessary inconvenience.
