The check‑in and check‑out were easy, and the staff were very polite. The location was perfect, but the bathroom was terrible and the bed isn’t suitable for tall people.

The room was spacious and comfortable, easy to reach, and they kept me constantly updated. The service was exceptional, and the photos I attached show it’s just like the ones posted. I’m very satisfied with this place and recommend it 100 %. Maybe they should leave a tea kettle, since there are several kitchen utensils and for short stays you avoid buying a box at the supermarket.

The accommodation is great for a stay in Como. It’s very central, quiet, and the city is beautiful. The lodging lets you enjoy the city and surroundings comfortably, and the staff who attended us were super friendly. The bathroom is old and sometimes smells like a drain; that’s the only thing that could be improved.
