Everything just clicked – the room, the location, the little touches – it felt like the kind of place more hotels should copy. The only downside was a few other guests who were pretty loud at night. Overall, a solid stay despite the noise.

The spot right on the lake is gorgeous, and the breakfast buffet gave us plenty to choose from while the à‑la‑carte dishes were tasty. Staff were genuinely friendly and made us feel welcome, so we’re definitely coming back. The only hitch was the squeaky doors in the double room that woke my partner when we got up for a midnight bathroom run.

The location couldn't be better and the room was basic enough to get the job done, though it lacked any air‑conditioning. That missing AC made the stay a bit uncomfortable in the heat. Still, the convenience of the area made up for the simplicity.

The staff were the only bright spot – friendly and courteous throughout our visit. Unfortunately, everything else felt rundown: broken fixtures, no air‑conditioning, and even the bathroom in the room was a mess. It was a disaster overall, and I can’t recommend this hotel.

Staying right on the lake and near the lively Piazza Lago was fantastic, with a balcony that offered great views of both. The hosts were easygoing and welcoming, the restaurant’s outdoor area was beautiful, and the coffee at breakfast was spot‑on. It’s not a luxury property, but the authentic vibe makes you feel at home right away. If you thrive on activity, it’s perfect; if you need total quiet, you might look elsewhere.
