I used the hotel to visit Kitasato University Hospital, so the proximity to the hospital and nearby restaurants was the biggest plus. No other comments.

The glass was dirty and the room had a slight odor.

Breakfast and the room offered great value for the price. The hangers for clothes were a bit too tight.

It was a smoking room, yet the odor was hardly noticeable. The price was quite a bargain, so I was happy, but my child missed basic amenities like a toothbrush, which was disappointing.
