Nice and comfortable, but they won’t let you bring your own drinks or food; the pool guard was very strict about that, and we couldn’t bring our thermos.

The facilities are beautiful and clean, and the housekeeping staff is 10/10.

The nature around the place offers plenty of activities and the staff are very friendly, but the maintenance is lacking: the shower sometimes runs hot then cold, the pool is dirty, the mini‑golf is old, and the little farm feels abandoned.

The pool and its service, the natural scenery, the activities, and the excellent towels were great. I reported a non‑working shower and maintenance fixed it quickly. My check‑in was problematic because I had a meeting at 3:00 pm and the system didn’t allow me to check in on time, but an outstanding receptionist helped me resolve the issue. Thanks and greetings to her.
