The staff were exceptionally helpful and went the extra mile for all the Great North Runners; I’ll be back in 2027. Nicky, hope you’ve signed up. The accommodation was fab, 10/10.

It offered good value for money, but there was no shower or toilet in the suite.

Nothing positive. I received an email saying I wasn’t welcome for no reason, while the staff never mentioned anything to me, even though I’ve been a good customer for years.

The staff member who checked us in was lovely, yet the place was infested with bed bugs and we were woken at 2 am by them crawling all over us.
